With over 25 years of hands-on experience, Jefferson Dominguez is the CEO and operational heart of Jefferson Construction.
As a licensed General Contractor, he has been involved in every imaginable task of the building process, from crew leader to managing all the details of residential and commercial projects ranging from 1,000 to 14,000 square feet.
Jefferson’s deep field experience is complemented by a B.S. in Business Administration and an EarthCraft Green Certification, ensuring that every project is built with both quality craftsmanship and sustainable practices.
His leadership extends into the community, where he serves as a board member for the Georgia Hispanic Construction Association, passionately giving back to the industry and the community that has been part of his journey for over 20 years.

Alba Menoni leads Jefferson Construction with a unique blend of vision and hands-on expertise. As Partner and Director of Strategic Growth, she integrates her background in Marketing, finance and operations with a deep passion for human development, setting a new standard for leadership in the construction industry.
In her role, Alba is the driving force behind our talent growth and strong organizational culture. Her core vision is to actively drive the inclusion and growth of women and minorities within our industry. We believe that contracts and projects should reflect diversity and equity, creating real opportunities for women- and minority-led companies.
Her focus is on building relationships of trust, ensuring transparent processes and contributing to the development of stronger communities through active participation and support for diverse suppliers.
With an entrepreneurial mindset shaped as a co-founder and partner in previous ventures, Alba is convinced that true construction means building more than structures; it means creating opportunities and fostering relationships that leave a lasting legacy.
